Throw a soft foam ball and hit the target to dump a bucket of cold water over the victim’s head. A standard, garden hose quickly refills the bucket. (please supply your own hose). It is a great alternative to a dunk tank and fun for everybody.  Anybody who can sit under the bucket can participate.
